About

Jerod and I dated long distance for-e-ver. Not really, just 4 years.
I would not advise people to wait 6 years before tying the knot. Best thing I’ve ever decided to do.
I’m from Hialeah- the Garden Spot of America- according to my father. There’s mostly concrete there
.
In 6th grade, I wanted to be a whale trainer- until some guy told me that was animal slavery
.
We got pregnant with Elijah 6 short months after getting married. He was a surprise that came out like, “Jerod, don’t be mad, but I might have miscalculated…”
Most important miscalculation I’ve ever done in my mathematical life.
I lived in Rio de Janeiro for almost 2 years. Beautiful city.
I’m a Florida State Seminole.
Jerod is from Texas. I’m from Florida. We met in New Mexico.
We hang glided in Rio de Janeiro.
I could live off of Ben & Jerry’s Half Baked ice cream.
We want to adopt one day~ God willing.
Jerod & I swam in a bioluminescence bay in Puerto Rico.
Before my kids came along, I was a special ed teacher of middle school students.
I love crafts. Our last craft was little handprint turkeys.
We tend to have babies on holidays. Elijah is a Thanksgiving baby. Asher is a Christmas baby.
A favorite memory is when Jerod told me he loved me for the first time in the Ft. Lauderdale airport before I left for Rio.
We live in Austin- the live music capital.
Jesus Christ has changed my heart & soul and continues to draw me into Himself.
